Pilot light was out on my hot water heater. Had 2 other companies come out for the same thing and they just recommend replacing the whole system due to the age. Aaron was here for 20 minutes, made sure everything was good and relit the pilot light and now I have hot water. Instead of spending anywhere from 2k to 3k on a new unit, I only had to pay what I felt was a very reasonable fee.

Mr. Thompson installed a new water heater. It worked for a little while, but it started to just run cold. When I texted Mr. Thompson, he came back out and found that the problem was with the breaker box and not the water heater. He fixed the problem, even though I'm positive that it wasn't his responsibility . He did a great job for my family!
